Electrical inspections and remedial work
Arrange Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) for residential and commercial properties, with clear reporting on the condition of the existing electrical installation.
Domestic EICRs from £200 for straightforward single-phase installations with one consumer unit and up to 10 circuits. Includes inspection, testing and the completed report. Your fixed quotation is confirmed before booking, based on the installation, location and access arrangements.
Commercial EICRs — bespoke estimates. Every commercial installation is different. Estimates reflect size and complexity, circuits and distribution boards, access and shutdown requirements. A site visit may be needed before confirming a quotation.
Remedial work is excluded and quoted separately. You are free to appoint another electrician for subsequent repairs. Reports issued by another electrician are welcome for remedial enquiries—please send the complete report, including observations and limitations.

Electrical work for building and renovation projects
Electrical design and installation for extensions, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms and new builds, including:

Rob holds current CompEx Ex01–Ex04 qualifications for electrical work in gas and vapour hazardous areas.
